SNEAKERHEAD NOTE:

All returned sneakers must be in deadstock condition – unworn, with original packaging and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our authentication standards.

ELIGIBILITY & TIME FRAME

You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including special edition boxes)
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Certain limited-edition releases may be final sale (see below)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Based on our product offerings, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All limited-edition Yeezy Boost models (350, 380, 500)
  • Special collaboration releases (A Bathing Ape, exclusive Adidas Yeezy)
  • Any sneakers purchased during flash sales or special promotions

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  • Photos of the items in their original condition

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our authentication team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your sneakers securely in the original box, then place inside a shipping box. Include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your invoice

Step 4: Processing

Once received, our team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. We’ll email you when processing is complete.

REFUNDS

Timing & Method

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we approve your return. Your funds will be returned via the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

For size exchanges (when available):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired size in the return request
  3. We’ll ship your new pair once we receive and authenticate the return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
